With Junior Jockeys, riders get beginner riding lessons, horsemanship education and play interactive games that blends learning with laughter. Each child is always paired with a gentle pony and are taught by experienced instructors with leaders at hand until they’re independent enough to ride solo. There is no time frame on how long this can take – so rest assured, until they are ready, they will always have someone right beside them.
Studies have long shown that equestrian activities can benefit children’s emotional and mental development. Caring for a horse encourages responsibility and empathy, while riding helps young minds connect with their bodies, enhancing self-awareness and resilience.
